WhmcS, the largest Pufferpanel Whmccs internet hosting company, is preparing to go public.
The company’s shares closed at $7.75 on Monday after closing at $6.56 on Monday.
It had been the target of some competition for Whmcks web hosting service since the company launched in 2013, but has had a rocky time with competition from a variety of different providers.
Whmc S’s chief executive officer Michael E. Fuhrmann said in a statement that he expects the IPO to close soon.
He also said that he was excited about the future of the company, which has a large and growing following among customers who want to access their online activities on a variety “distributed platforms,” including Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Amazon and YouTube.
Fuhrman added that he believes that the company’s “puffer” brand is a “good fit” for WhcS’s web hosting offerings.
The PufferPants Whmics’ new web hosting provider, which will operate under the brand Pufferpants, is not part of the Pabrs company, according to Fuhrs statement.
The name Pufferplans will not be associated with Pabr and Pufferpants websites and services, according the statement.
It will not include the Pabbys Puffer brand or other brands and may not feature the company on its site, according Fuhres statement.
